We’re happy to announce another Call for Contributions for the book series, Volume 3:
“The Caucasus in Europe-Asia Connectivity: Strengthening the Caspian Dimension”
AESC is the Caucasus’ only regional association of European Studies. It held its Fourth Annual Convention in December 2020 to assess the experience of the Caspian Sea connection with Central Asia for enhancing Europe-Asia connectivity. The Caspian Sea takes a key position in facilitating East-West trade. Littoral states such as Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have invested heavily both in physical infrastructure (port, railways) and in technology. Still, East-West connectivity poses many unresolved questions.
Based on the papers submitted in December 2020, we would like to broaden the publication and make an open call for contributions. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and are scheduled to be published in the AESC’ own book series “European Studies in the Caucasus”, published by ibidem publishers Germany and distributed worldwide under an agreement with Cambridge University Press.
If you are interested in publishing with us, please send an abstract of your paper (maximum 500 words).
